Squeezable toy was recalled on 11 November 2016 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/1467/16. Choking risk reported by Lithuania. The small squeaking mechanism can easily come off from the plastic toy.

Risk Description
The small squeaking mechanism can easily come off from the plastic toy. A small child may put it in the mouth and choke on it. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
