Squeezable toy was recalled on 15 February 2019 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/0272/19. Choking risk reported by Malta. The small LED light can easily be removed from the product, either by using a finger nail or teeth.

Risk Description
The small LED light can easily be removed from the product, either by using a finger nail or teeth. A small child may put the small part in the mouth and choke.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European Standard EN 71-1.

This product contains small parts that can detach and pose a choking hazard, or its size and shape make it dangerous for young children if swallowed or placed in the mouth.
Recommended action
Remove the product from children immediately. Check if any small parts are missing. If a child has swallowed a part, seek medical attention immediately. Return the product to the retailer.

Children under 3 years old are at highest risk. Supervise older children as well.
