Risk Description
An incorrectly installed wiring harness may jam between the stop-lamp switch and the brake lever. This could lead to misinterpretation of the stop-lamp switch status. As a result, the stop-lamp may potentially be permanently illuminated and assistance systems could indicate malfunctions. In addition, the risk that the vehicle may roll away cannot be ruled out in all circumstances.
