Risk Description

The product poses a risk of choking because the suction cups can easily detach and be swallowed by small children. In addition, the product poses a risk of injuries because the kinetic energy of the arrow shot is too high, exceeding the permitted levels. The product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

The product consists of a toy rifle and a bow with projectiles and suction cups.The product is sold in plastic, multi-coloured cardboard packaging.

Recommended action

Choking: Remove the product from children immediately. Check if any small parts are missing. If a child has swallowed a part, seek medical attention immediately. Return the product to the retailer. Injuries: Stop using the product immediately. Check yourself and family members for any injuries. Store the product safely out of reach and contact the retailer or manufacturer for a replacement or refund.

Who is at risk?

Children under 3 years old are at highest risk. Supervise older children as well. All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury.
