The product poses a risk of:- choking because of small parts (the silver covering which securing to clothes) was detached from it under a force of less than 90 N, - injuries because the silver decoration has accessible sharp edges and the closing mechanism on the fastener to the soother broke in the impact resistance test,- suffocation because the part for securing to clothes has an unventilated surface occupying a full circle, 25 mm in diameter.
