Soother holder was recalled on 13 July 2007 under EU Safety Gate alert 0673/07. Choking, Suffocation risk reported by Slovenia. This product poses a risk of choking to children because during the tensile test:- the chain broke generating small parts,- the fastener was ripped off and fitted within the small parts cylinder,and a risk of suffocation because the fastener is not permanently attached and it does not have ventilated areas.
