Soldering iron was recalled on 13 October 2023 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/02485/23. Electric shock, Fire risk reported by Poland. The power supply cable is not sufficiently secured and could easily be pulled out.

Risk Description
The power supply cable is not sufficiently secured and could easily be pulled out. A user may touch exposed live parts and receive an electric shock. Due to the lack of a stand, the soldering iron may come in contact with a surface and cause a fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-45.
