Risk Description
The plastic parts of the product have an excessive concentration of DEHP (measured value:15.6%). DEHP may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system. Moreover, the toy has small parts (eyes and nose) which can easily detach. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation nor with the Toy Safety Directive and the European standard 71-1.

Product Description
Teddy bear approximately 17 cm tall with a T-shirt bearing the words ‘I love Firenze’. A fabric ring is sewn to the top of the head so that the toy can be hung up.

Recommended action
Chemical: Stop using the product immediately. Wash any skin that has come into contact with it. Keep it away from children. Return it to the retailer for a refund if possible. Choking: Remove the product from children immediately. Check if any small parts are missing. If a child has swallowed a part, seek medical attention immediately. Return the product to the retailer.
Who is at risk?
Anyone who has used this product, especially children, pregnant women, and people with sensitive skin. Children under 3 years old are at highest risk. Supervise older children as well.
