Risk Description

This product poses a serious risk of choking because all four wings and two antennas can be easily detached and fit into the small parts cylinder.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the European Standard EN 71.One incident reported: A small part of the toy was detached while a young child (6 months) was playing with it. The detached part ended up in the child mouth but the child was not injured.

The toy is a colourful rattle in the shape of a butterfly. It has got four small wings with fibrous filling, two antennas and a green scarf.
