Soft toy was recalled on 11 June 2010 under EU Safety Gate alert 0894/10. Choking risk reported by Poland. The product poses a risk of choking because the eyes, which are small parts, can be easily detached from the toy and swallowed by children.

Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking because the eyes, which are small parts, can be easily detached from the toy and swallowed by children.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
The toy is a fish made of soft material with plastic, glued eyes (dimension 16 mm). On the label sewn onto the toy there are markings as follows: CE mark, the names and addresses of distributors, pictogram and warning concerning age 0-3 restriction due to small parts.
