Risk Description
The product poses:- a chemical risk because the material of the eyelids contains 33 % by weight of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). - a risk of choking because the eye of the dog was detached in the tension test and the eye fits in the small parts cylinder and causes a risk of choking. According to the Chemicals Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC certain phthalates shall not be used in toys in concentration higher than of 0,1 % by weight. The product poses a serious risk for health of a child. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
