Risk Description

Small parts (nose and suction cup) can easily detach. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. The product also poses a risk of strangulation due to the presence of a ribbon intended to be tied in the neck area. Moreover the product has an excessive concentration of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) (measured value: up to 26.6% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, possibly causing damage to the reproductive system. The product does neither comply with the REACH Regulation, nor with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
