Risk Description
Due to their characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, this product may be mistaken for a foodstuff and attract the curiosity of children. Small parts can be easily detached from the product and this may lead children to put them in the mouth and choke.The product does not comply with the cosmetics Regulation and with the requirements of the Food imitating Products Directive.

Product Description
Soap imitating ice cream in various colours. The product is sold in bulk in a transparent, plastic cup with a label. The cup is packed in a cardboard box, together with a plastic spoon.

Recommended action
Chemical: Stop using the product immediately. Wash any skin that has come into contact with it. Keep it away from children. Return it to the retailer for a refund if possible. Choking: Remove the product from children immediately. Check if any small parts are missing. If a child has swallowed a part, seek medical attention immediately. Return the product to the retailer.
Who is at risk?
Anyone who has used this product, especially children, pregnant women, and people with sensitive skin. Children under 3 years old are at highest risk. Supervise older children as well.
