Smart charger was recalled on 29 May 2020 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/00769/20. Electric shock risk reported by Finland. The insulation and the creepage distance between the primary and accessible secondary circuit in the battery charger are not sufficient.

Risk Description
The insulation and the creepage distance between the primary and accessible secondary circuit in the battery charger are not sufficient. User can touch live parts of the product and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and of the European Standard EN 60335.
