Risk Description
The charging circuit of the product has no cut-off switch. The battery can consequently overcharge and overheat which may lead to a fire.Furthermore, the plastic housing of the hoverboard can easily catch fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the relevant European Standards EN 62133 and EN 60335-1.

2-wheel self-balancing scooter (hoverboard), including instructions, and charger. Charger Input: 100-240VAC Output: 42VDC 2000mA. Packaged in a rectangular cardboard box marked with ‘Smart balance wheel’ and a picture of the hoverboard on the packaging.
