Risk Description
The drawstring placed in the hood with toggles at the ends poses a serious risk of strangulation. The drawstring is made out of elastic and so if the child pulls it the toggles may spring back into the eyes and face causing injuries. According to the risk assessment the product poses a serious risk of strangulation and injuries to children.The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14682.
