Skinnpose was recalled on 17 February 2017 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/0175/17. Chemical risk reported by Norway. The black textile (with plastic laminate on the back) and the anti-slip knobs on the back of the sleeping bag contain di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured values up to 6% by weight).

Risk Description
The black textile (with plastic laminate on the back) and the anti-slip knobs on the back of the sleeping bag contain di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured values up to 6% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles.
