Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 2.0 % of hydroquinone, the use of which is prohibited in cosmetics and personal hygiene products.The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC.
Product Description
Cream in plastic container, green label and green screw cap with the following description: “with vitamin E and sunscreen, lightens complexion to help even-out skin tone; active ingredient hydroquinone 2.0 %, skin lightener”.
