Risk Description
The product poses a risk of strangulation because the shoulder strap does not detach under a traction force of 25 N and is therefore too long. As the bag looks like a cuddly toy it is very appealing to children under the age of 36 months. Since the manufacturer has made only a short reference in English on the packaging ("Up to 3 years old"), use by children under the age of three cannot be excluded. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
