According to the list of ingredients, the product contains para-phenylendiamine (PPD) (4.4 % by weight) and barium peroxide. Barium peroxide is harmful if swallowed or inhaled and PPD can trigger allergic contact dermatitis.The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Regulation.
