Risk Description

The product poses a risk of:- choking because small parts become detached from the darts;- injuries due to the lack of information about the danger of using ammunition other than provided with the toy or recommended by the producer. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN-71.

Product Description

The set consists of a gun made of black-coloured plastic, 3 darts and an imitation of a walkie-talkie. The packaging is a transparent, plastic bag, closed by folded cardboard, on which are some markings: “CE mark”, the name of a toy “set with a gun”, the name and address of the importer, EAN, pictogram concerning age restriction (0-3) and written information “Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts, which can be swallowed.”, “The packaging is not a toy. Store the packaging out of reach of children and store it due to useful information”.
