Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because in the green eye shadow the level of migration of chromium (Cr) is 287 mg/kg and the level of migration of lead (Pb) is 872.6 mg/kg.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
The set consists of four eye shadows and applicator, three hairpins made of coloured plastic and elastic bands with decoration of flowers and teddy bears attached. The packaging is made of cardboard coloured light blue and transparent plastic blister. On the cardboard part there are following: “Made in China”, “CE mark”, pictogram “not intended for children “0-3”, ingredients. The packaging and markings on it suggests that there are different types of this toy consisting of similar products (e.g. lipstick or glitter). There is also a sticker with information and warnings in Polish, the name and address of importer and the bar code.
