Risk Description
The product poses a risk of: - choking because the suction cups detach from the arrows and the foam darts at considerably less force than 90N and they fit completely into the small parts test cylinder, - injuries because arrows can be fired without the sucker ends, meaning that the arrows would be classed as ‘rigid projectiles without resilient impact surfaces’ and the kinetic energy of 0.56J exceeds the permitted maximum of 0.08J for rigid projectiles. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
