Risk Description
The passenger seat is not adequately latched to the watercraft.As a result it could inadvertently unlatch, causing the passenger to unexpectedly fall in the water, increasing the risk of injuries or drowning. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Recreational Craft and Personal Watercraft Directive.

Children are at extreme risk. Drowning can occur in as little as 2 cm of water.
