The product poses a risk of injuries because:- only one, manually operated, blocking device is used to adjust the height of the handle-bars (two blocking mechanisms are required),- the wheel size measured as Ø 99 mm (minimum requirement Ø 120 mm),- the handle-bar end piece has a diameter of Ø 22 mm (minimum requirement is Ø 40 mm).

Risk Description

The product poses a risk of injuries because:- only one, manually operated, blocking device is used to adjust the height of the handle-bars (two blocking mechanisms are required),- the wheel size measured as Ø 99 mm (minimum requirement Ø 120 mm),- the handle-bar end piece has a diameter of Ø 22 mm (minimum requirement is Ø 40 mm).The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description

The scooter is foldable. The handle-bars and its foldable mechanism are fixed in place by fast-clamping screws. The handle-bars have black grips of foam material. The height of the handle-bars can be adjusted. The foot-board is covered by a grey, anti-slip surface. The rear mud-guard is flexible and serves as a brake.
