Risk Description
The steering tube and the folding mechanism of the scooter are not sufficiently stable. The front wheel is too small and could get stuck in holes in the ground. The child's hand can slip off the handle. These could cause the child to lose balance and fall off, leading to injuries. In addition the fixing holes of the steering tube are too large, allowing a child to stick a finger/s in them and become injured. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
