Risk Description
The product poses a risk of injuries because the plastic tube may explode in the hand of the child when the product is being used as intended, causing debris and plastic pieces in various sizes to travel up to 3m. Hence there is a serious danger of external injuries not only for the child playing with the product but also for children, which are in a 3 m distance to the product. Sensitive areas such as the face and above all the eyes are particularly at risk.The product does not comply with the Toys Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
Product Description
Foam water gun with foam-coated plastic tube in red and yellow colour, 60 cm long. When squeezed, the product ejects water. It comes in a plastic net with a cardboard label.
