Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it releases benzidine 130 mg/kg and 3,3’-dimethoxybenzidine 140 mg/kg, which exceed the limit of 30 mg/kg. Benzidine levels greater than 30 mg/kg indicate that azocolourants have been used to dye the scarf.
