The fireworks may burst or eject burning material outside the designated safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, causing burns or eye injuries. Moreover, the article does not extinguish after functioning within 120 seconds, which may cause fire to surrounding objects The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
