The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 18.4 m/m% of benzene and more then 50 m/m% of toluene. Benzene is classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic and toxic. Toluene is classified as reprotoxic and harmful. According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive, benzene and toluene are prohibited in consumer products at levels above 0.1%.
