Risk Description
The duration of the initial fuse burning is too long and the rocket ascends at an angle which is too flat and explodes at too low altitude. If there is a delay in the explosion, users may return to the product and could get burned by an unexpected explosion and bystanders could be hit by parts of the firework, causing burns.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive and the relevant European standard EN 15947.
