Rotating table lamp was recalled on 19 June 2009 under EU Safety Gate alert 0807/09. Electric shock risk reported by Hungary. The product poses a serious risk of electric shock because:- the design of the connecting terminals is not appropriate, - the cross-section area of the cable is too small, - the dimensions of the plug do not comply with the requirements, - the bushings of the internal wiring are not fixed in position, - there is no device protecting against pulling or torque,- live parts become accessible when replacing the bulb.

Product Description
The lamp illuminates two moving foils (imitating seabed and sea-life) inside the transparent top part of the lamp. Main components: mains plug (2.5 A, 250 V); mains supply cable (RVVB PVC INSULATED WIRE 300/300V); motor without marking; lampholder – E12. A candle-formed bulb (marking: 220 V, 15 W) is supplied with the product. Technical specification: 230 V ~, Class II.
