The product contains an excessive volume of nicotine-containing liquid. This could lead to the accidental consumption of a high dose of nicotine. The product also does not have a leaflet providing the consumer with information about the safe use of the product . Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the users safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
