The product poses a risk of injuries because: - the seat, made of a rigid polymer material, has a rough edge which can cause injury or chafing, - during stability tests, when loaded with a 50 kg mass and placed on a 10º incline the toy tips over.

Risk Description

The product poses a risk of injuries because: - the seat, made of a rigid polymer material, has a rough edge which can cause injury or chafing, - during stability tests, when loaded with a 50 kg mass and placed on a 10º incline the toy tips over. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description

Riding toy in the form of a wheeled locomotive, red, with a yellow funnel, nose, seat and steering wheel. The cardboard box in which it is packed is green, with the words "SUPER TRAIN" in yellow and, beneath this, the phrase "The Educational Activity Choo-Choo".
