This product contains nicotine (2%), which is classified as acutely toxic, but it does not have a leaflet providing the consumer with information about safe and correct use of the product. Furthermore, the product contains more than the maximum permitted amount of nicotine (announced value 5 ml). Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
