The product contains nicotine (1.7%) and does not contain an adequate safety label bearing risk-related indications, safety advice or a tactile danger warning. The user therefore does not have sufficient information on the dangers incurred when the product comes into contact with the skin. The product does not comply with requirements of the Directive 1272/2008/EC on the classification, packaging and labelling of substances and mixtures.
