The electrical insulation and the creepage distance between the primary and secondary circuits are not sufficient (measured value: 0.3 mm). A user could receive an electric shock from accessible live parts from the battery charger. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 61558.
