The products pose risk of electric shock because: - the basic insulated parts are accessible, - there is no device protecting the mains cable against pulling and twisting force, - the information in the instructions for use on the installation of the product is misleading.

Main parts of the luminaire: lampholder (BJB 26.725 -18W 4T140 2/250 + mark of approval); ballast for fluorescent lamp (HELVAR Finland L18D 230V 50Hz 18W G24d2 220mA λ0,5 Tw130 Δt65/155 ENEC16 EEI B1 CE 7029); terminal block (EKL 450V 1BEF2 4+mark of approval); single insulation wiring with cross section of 1x0.5 mm2. Technical specifications: 230 V; 50 Hz; 1x18 W G24d-2, Class I, IP 20, crossed F-mark ; 2.
