The product poses risk of :- electric shock because the basic-insulated parts (terminal block, single insulated wire) on the external surface of the luminaire are accessible, - fire since the instruction manual does not contain the type of lamp control-gear and its distance from the luminaire recommended by the manufacturer.

Risk Description
The product poses risk of :- electric shock because the basic-insulated parts (terminal block, single insulated wire) on the external surface of the luminaire are accessible, - fire since the instruction manual does not contain the type of lamp control-gear and its distance from the luminaire recommended by the manufacturer. There is no warning in the instruction manual that the luminaire may only be connected to the power supply through a proper lamp control.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

Product Description
The metal-covered luminaire provided with a glass plate consists of a metal frame and a non-adjustable mirror + a fitting unit fixed to the frame with riveting. The fitting unit includes two G24d-3 plastic lampholders and a terminal block. There is a decorative glass plate fitted to the luminaire. Main components: lampholder ("CQC CE 2A 250V"), terminal block ("TEILBAR 500 400V 2,5-4 CE" + mark of approval), internal wiring ("H05S-K 1x0.75 mm2 VDE"). Technical specifications: 230 V; 50 Hz; PLC 2x26 W G24d-3; Class I; F-mark, IP 20.
