Risk Description

The nicotine concentration is too high (measured value: 25.5 mg/ml). Besides, the product does not have an information leaflet. Nicotine is acutely toxic in high doses and its inhalation can cause adverse effects. Additionally, when an information leaflet is not provided consumers cannot make informed choices regarding the safe use of the product. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
