The product poses a risk of:- damage to hearing, due to the high sound level (LpA1s -87,9 dB)- choking, because the toy can easily break, releasing small parts that fit into the small part cylinder and due to incorrect shape and size of a rattle.

Risk Description
The product poses a risk of:- damage to hearing, due to the high sound level (LpA1s -87,9 dB)- choking, because the toy can easily break, releasing small parts that fit into the small part cylinder and due to incorrect shape and size of a rattle.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
Product Description
The rattle in a shape of maracas is made of multicolored plastic. The rattling element (diameter 88 mm) is placed in the spherical part of the rattle which is combined with a holder. On the cardboard label attached to the packaging there are warnings and pictogram concerning the age 0-3 restriction.
