Risk Description
A malfunction in the steering column control module can cause the headlights to activate when the turn signal is used, or the turn signal to activate when the headlights are turned on, and/or the turn signal to activate by itself. This can mislead other drivers regarding the vehicle's direction or impair the vision of oncoming drivers, leading to a risk of accidents and injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
