Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because the transformer has inadequate strength. In addition, the transformer does not bear the required markings and symbols. The instruction manual does not refer to the use of the transformer. This can lead to inadvertent misuse creating a hazardous situation.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 61558.

Product Description
The toy car is also described as a "Toy Truck". It comes in a variety of colours. The packaging clearly states that this item is not a toy. The outer box has a symbol similar to the symbol used for products that are not suitable for children under 36 months, with "0-36" substituted with "14". Packaging: a box containing the product inside a plain cardboard box.
