The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- after removing the lid of the battery holder the basic insulated parts are accessible and the wires are not secured against moving,- the insulations covering the connections are not fixed and the plug does not comply with the standard requirements.

Risk Description

The product has a black plastic housing and is supplied with a handle, analogue radio, alarm clock and connection set. Inscriptions on the connecting cable: “PVC SULIAO JUENYUAN RUANI DIANXIAN 250-300V”, on the plug: “2.5A 250V”. The total length of the telescopic antenna: 55 cm. Dimensions: 178x105x46 mm. Technical specifications: 220 V 50 Hz; 3 V (two UM1 batteries); AM 530-1600 kHz; FM 64-108 MHz; TV 2-5 ch. (VHF); SW1: 3,60 MHz-12 MHz; SW2: 12,1 MHz-22,3 MHz; Class II.
