Risk Description
The concrete screws for use as multiple fasteners in non-load-bearing redundant systems can spontaneously fail owing to hydrogen embrittlement. The weight they support is transferred to adjacent screws, which have the same potential defect and can also break. A zipper effect and thus a system failure must be expected. People can be injured by falling parts. The product does not comply with the Construction Products Regulation.
