Pushing and Swinging Ladybug was recalled on 17 July 2015 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/0882/15. Choking risk reported by Cyprus. If a child puts the small balls attached to the wheel into the mouth, they may get stuck causing choking.

If a child puts the small balls attached to the wheel into the mouth, they may get stuck causing choking.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
