Risk Description
This toy poses a serious risk of :- choking, because small parts (snail’s horn) can be easily detached and they fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. Children may put these parts into their mouth and choke,- suffocation, because the free length of the cord (775 mm) exceeds the maximum allowed limit of 220 mm when stretched by a force of (25 ± 2) N. Cords which are too long can be wound around the neck and constitute a strangulation hazard.This toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN-71.

Product Description
Plastic toy in the shape of a snail containing 4 wheels, a long cord ended with a small plastic handle and a plastic transparent ball with small elements which rattle when shaken. All parts of the toy are made of plastic and have different colors: body – yellow, wheels – red, head – green. This toy is packed in a transparent plastic bag with a perimeter of 640 mm, which is closed with a folded cardboard. The folded cardboard contains drawings of two toys and the following inscriptions: “028”, “HangeLei Toys”, “Made in China”, a pictogram concerning the age restriction (1.5 +) and “CE”. A label attached to the folded cardboard contains inscriptions “Toy complies with the standard EN-71”, “Made in China”, “Warning! Risk of choking – small parts This product is not intended for children below 3 years. Warning - The packaging, which is made of plastic, is not a toy – do not make it available to children for playing. Please keep for future reference. Playing only under the supervision of adults.” "CE" and a pictogram concerning the age restriction.
