Pull-along toy – "Lucky" was recalled on 4 July 2008 under EU Safety Gate alert 0714/08. Strangulation risk reported by Poland. The product poses a risk of suffocation because the length of the cord - 860 mm - exceeds the limit of 220 mm as specified in clause 5.

Risk Description
The product poses a risk of suffocation because the length of the cord - 860 mm - exceeds the limit of 220 mm as specified in clause 5.4b of the standard.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
A toy truck with different shaped holes for inserting blocks. The toy is made of blue, green, pink, red and yellow plastic. On the top of the toy there is a flap to remove the blocks. The toy has a red cord with a handle at the end. Packaging: a plastic, transparent bag, closed with a folded cardboard label. On the label are the following inscriptions: “TOYS”, a CE mark, “Unsuitable for children under 3 years old”, name and address of the importer “Made in China, EAN number, pictogram concerning age 0-3 restriction. There is also a warning about the risk of swallowing small parts and about the necessity to store the packaging due to useful information.
