Risk Description
The product poses a risk of:- choking because children may put small details (blue plastic element for connection) into their mouth and choke; small elements completely fit into small parts cylinder.- suffocation by strangulation because the pulling cord is 1400 mm long.This product does not comply with Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN-71-1.

Product Description
Toy consists of container for ice-cream and sunshade. Elephant on wheels is attached to sunshade with flexible articulate. Toy is packed in a plastic bag closed with a cardboard label. Label bears following information: "FUNNY CAR. Made in china. No.349. CE. Age limit symbol. WARNING: Choking hazard. Small parts. Not for children under 3 years. Not suitable for children under 3 years. On sticker: Toy “Elephant” for children over 3 years. Made in China."
