The product poses a risk of strangulation because it can be stretched considerably, presenting a risk of strangulation if children were to spin the toy above their heads like a lasso. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description

Rubber puffer balls in phosphorescent colours which light up upon impact. Each ball has a face with eyes, a nose and a mouth, attached to an elastic strand with a loop at the end from which it can be hung. The product is sold in a cardboard box marked "Puffer Balls" and "Made in China". The packages contain an assortment of colours.
